YGMI is a Web3 Job board built by the Ducks Dao.
We feature a Job Board as well as a Task Board for those that just need temporary or commissioned work in Web3.

We utilize Solana Pay for payments and specialize in supporting the Solana & Near ecosystems for now. We aim to be the first web3 job platform built on Web3 principles and technology.

We currently use Solana Pay for our payment processing and rely on Solana Domain Names for on chain messaging via both Dialect & Bonfida's Jabber app.

Our goal is to bring on chain wallet to wallet messaging to our users, enable anonymous collaboration, meeting scheduling, and partnerships to grow our favorite ecosystems.

1. To post a job you just need to click the "Post A Job" button in the top right corner.

2. You will be guided to our pricing guide where you can chose from a typical job post, or a featured job post.

3. Once you're ready to pay and complete the job form select "checkout". You will be asked to approve a Solana transaction via Phantom or Sollet.io.

4. Once payment is processed you will be to the form.

5. Do not leave the form until you have completed and selected "Submit"

1. All Jobs are removed 60 days after posting, if you do nothing it will be removed after 60 days.

2. You can submit an email via Support with a request to delete the post

3. Submit a request via the YGMI channel on our Discord

All payments are processed via Solana Pay with transaction requests that require approval before payment is rendered. We ask you to review your transaction requests and approvals at your own risk. We do not process refunds for using our service for any reason.

You will need to purchase a Featured job post. Purchasing a Featured job post does not guarantee that you will be raided on Twitter but qualifies your job post for Twitter Raids.

Twitter raids are a spontaneous random act by our DAO that we incentivize via different marketing and prize campaigns.

It can lose its magic if overdone, so we can not raid every featured job post. However, we're open to partnerships from projects looking to help with raid campaign incentives and would be happy to chat.

Posts are active for 60 days from the date they're published. Sometimes a post may last longer than 60 days, but will never last less than 60 days. This is twice as long as provided by our competitors for a sliver of the price.

Tasks last 30 days before they're at risk of removal. This is based on Task volume.

Changes require that you reach out via our discord or email. We typically take up to 24 hours to respond and make changes to any active posts.

We also limit changes to a single correction of the post. If you need to remove and repost after your first edit, we require you post a new ad.

We set this up to be cheap and just as performant so you don't have to pick between us and other job sites.

The Google Jobs integration is a simple integration with Google that pulls our daily job posts and aggregates them to relevant searches in the personal panel of users Google search feeds.

You job post will not only show on our site, on some twitter raids, but will also be fully featured to relevant search terms in Google Jobs and link back to your ad here on our site.

This has been proven to be 4x more effective in creating the proper reach to find valuable candidates for a position since your ad is being streamed by anyone pulling down jobs from Googles API.

Tasks will be included in the Google Integration at a future date.

Ducks Dao is an NFT collection on Solana. Originally known as
"The Secret Duck Society"

The founding developer slow rugged the project and stole our DAO treasury after mint. Some of the leaders of Ducks DAO stepped into action to rebuild the collection with new art since the community was strong.

They've since started a remint at extremely fair prices and member products are starting to launch. YGMI being the first with more to come from other members of the DAO.
