We are looking for a Head of Growth to help us scale and manage the community operations of a rapidly expanding ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an individual who has experience in community building, moderation, and operations across multiple channels. Above all, you are excited to play an integral role in the growth and success of a community defining the future of wireless.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute our strategy to acquire, engage, and retain the Helium community
- Establish structure, processes, and best practices around community operations and growth
- Create workflows for managing and supporting community channels, including Discord, Reddit, Telegram, etc.
- Grow and manage the Community team and moderators over time across channels and regions
- Source feedback from the ecosystem to improve the overall Helium Community experience and resources
- Monitor community sentiment, proactively working as the liaison between the Helium team and moderators to identify relevant community updates and escalate support as needed
- Track and report on key community metrics to internal team and stakeholders
What will you need?
- 3+ years working in growth or community roles, participating in and/or in managing large online communities
- Extremely comfortable in Discord, Twitter, Reddit & Telegram
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to the ever-changing start-up environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
- Background or passion in blockchain/crypto space
