What you’ll be doing
The Senior UI/UX Designer role will be expected to fulfil the following activities:
- Collaborate with the Design and Art teams to develop interfaces for the game
- Create designs for the game's user interface and interaction scenarios based on user experience and creative vision
- Lead and support others to carry out the designs, documentation, and implementation of our interfaces, including diagrams, mockups and/or prototypes
- Develop the art style of our interfaces in collaboration with the Art Director
- Create and contribute to the creation of the visual assets for the interfaces from concept to engine implementation, including typefaces or other necessary elements.
About you
- At least 7+ years of experience in a game development environment as a UI/UX Designer
- Comfortable writing short reports and process documents when necessary
- Explain implementation processes, design ideas, or other issues
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to break down and prioritise assignments into workable tasks on a daily, weekly, and project length basis
- Proactive personality, able to communicate in a fully remote development environment
- Analytic and progressive thinker
- Able to work on inaugural projects without predecessors
- Experience working with Unreal Engine and UMG is a big plus
- Strong communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings
- Passion about gaming, crypto, and blockchain technology
- Ability to work remotely and independently with flexible hours
