The Helium ecosystem is looking for an all-star Social Media Manager. As a social and crypto native, this person is ready to help grow and engage a rapidly expanding global community that spans 53K+ cities and 170 countries. This role will be responsible for managing and moderating Helium online social media channels, as well as developing content and strategies that drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of the Helium ecosystem, posting content, managing channels, and moderating conversations across Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media accounts
- Develop and execute creative content and campaigns that drive growth and engagement of community followers across social media channels
- Create social content that educates on the Helium Network and celebrates the community, from network builders to users, and developers
- Amplify news and updates from the Helium ecosystem
- Foster connections and build relationships with community content creators and social influencers
- Implement social media tools and best practices
- Report on key social media metrics and analytics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
- Creative thinker who is able to learn new technologies quickly and make them easy to understand for all audiences
- Knowledge and interest in the crypto space
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for storytelling, writing, and content creation
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
